"As a Realtor, I found Service Magic and more specifically Dave @ Georgia Hot Tubs incredible. After having 2 plumbers & an appliance repair person make 4 trips to a house to repair a leak in a Jacuzzi tub that was under contract and about to close, I responded to Georgia Hot Tubs at 6:46 AM on the day of our closing. Dave called me back almost immediately. He was at the property by 10:00 AM, repaired the problem that no one else could and off I went to closing. "I received a phone call almost immediately. We set up an appointment but my plane was delayed. I contacted the owner. He immediately called me back and we rescheduled. He came on time, told me exactly what was wrong - even though he could have went along with what I said and it would have cost more. I would recommend this professional and will always contact them when I have issues with my tub. I did not leave a check before I left the house and he offered to just leave me an invoice. Not many companies are like that when you are a new customer."
